Men’s Circle

A space for men to come together, speak honestly and be heard.

Each circle gives you the time, structure and space to share what’s real for you, while learning to listen to other men without trying to fix, advise or solve.

What makes these circles different is the combination of trained facilitation and a clear framework: giving every man the opportunity to speak, be heard and practise authentic communication.

You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just bring what’s real for you right now.

I’ve walked this path myself. I know what happens when we keep things buried, and
I know what can change when we start giving ourselves somewhere to put them.

That’s what these circles are built on.

How it works

Your Story, Your Medicine Men's Circle meets online each week, with new time slots being added as our community grows.

Each circle is facilitated by a trained facilitator and follows the same framework, so wherever and whenever you join, you’ll know what to expect.

Our Facilitators

Your Story, Your Medicine is held by a growing group of trained facilitators who share a belief in the value of men having a place to speak openly, be heard and connect with other men.

Each facilitator has completed a certificate in facilitation and been trained in the framework we use to uphold the consistency, integrity and safety of every circle.

They're here to hold the space and walk alongside you while you share what's real for you.

These are the men who help make these circles possible. Below is a little window into who they are, along with a podcast sharing their full journey.

Take a listen, get to know the men behind the circles, and keep an eye out for the next bunch of facilitators.

What’s something THAT life has thought me that I wish I had learned earlier?

“I wish I had known how to truly listen; not only to those around me, but to myself. When you allow the space to let the message sink in, true growth can begin.”

Jack Donald

"I stayed stuck, afraid of the unknown, until I found the courage to move that stagnant energy... to find my inner voice again and let it take the reins... and make room for my higher self to lead."

Myles Bradley

“Fear doesn't exist once you stand where you thought it was.”
